HUBER specializes in the production of high-quality machines, plants and stainless-steel equipment for municipal and industrial water, wastewater and sludge treatment.

The proprietary HUBER ThermWin® technology, borne out of the company’s experience and knowledge of wastewater characteristics, has been operating in more than 40 installations across Europe with impressive results since 2008. The ThermWin® system safely and efficiently recovers thermal energy from wastewater that can be used to provide heating and cooling without Scope 1 GHG emissions. In 2018, the American installation was commissioned at the American Geophysical Union Headquarters in Washington, DC. Previously, a RoWin® heat exchanger had been installed at the Écoquartier in Quebec City in 2013.

Noventa is proud to be the exclusive distributor of the HUBER ThermWin® technology in North America and Scotland. Our respective engineering teams work together to design customized energy solutions for commercial, institutional, industrial and multi-residential buildings. HUBER's German and US engineers are fully integrated into Noventa's operations, providing real-world knowledge and experience to ensure the successful design and construction of all our WET™ projects.

Established in 1979, C&M McNally specializes in underground infrastructure projects. C&M McNally routinely acts as general contractors for publicly and privately tendered tunnel projects. They provide innovative engineered solutions that bring value to their clients in the sewer, watermain and utility industry. Noventa's senior management team retained C&M McNally to construct the DLWC tunnels deep below Toronto’s streets. It is this proven experience that Noventa will rely on again for future projects.

C&M McNally rebuilds many of their TBMs (Tunnel Boring Machines) in-house. In fact, All of their TBMs have been customized to some extent to make them more reliable and better suited to the conditions in which they work. C&M McNally has in-house designed gripper systems and other major TBM components, as well as two patents. This expertise enables them to deal with difficult/challenging projects, such as very long tunnel drives, tunnels through fractured geology, high water flows, complex finish works and many more.
